Terms and Conditions
By buying this ticket, you agree to abide by these rules and any others necessary to ensure the success and safety of the Southern Lights Festival 2010.
We the Organisers reserve the right to refuse access or eject unruly or unlawful patrons from the site for the benefit of the other guests.
No access will be granted without a valid ticket and unlawful entry will result in ejection from the site.
Patrons must wear their wristbands at all times. Anyone failing to wear a wrist band will be refused access or ejected from the site.
Animals are not allowed on site (except Guide dogs).
Only over 18's may purchase alcoholic beverages from the bar. Underage drinking or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in the ejection of the person or persons from the site.
Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a full paying adult over the age of 21. If under 16's arrive without supervision entry will be refused.
No tickets can be reserved. We have a limited number of tickets available. Please ensure you have purchased yours in advance via our web site. There is no guarantee that any tickets will be available on the gate.
No cars are allowed on the camping field. Only designated vehicles with a valid "Authorised Vehicle Pass" will be allowed into the actual festival area. Camping equipment must be transported the very short distance from the car park.
No Camp Fires. Fire will only be allowed in designated areas. Barbecue's are allowed and a bonfire will be provided.
Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled. All refunds will be paid minus paypal charges (details available on request).
All acts advertised have been booked and confirmed, however we reserve the right to cancel or change acts without notice.
Please respect each other, us and the site. Waste disposal will be provided so please use it and help keep the site nice for everyone.
Online tickets sales will close when all tickets are sold or on wednesday 9th June 2010, whichever happens first.
